By accessing this website you agree to these terms. Services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which prevails over these website terms in the event of any conflict.

You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit malicious content. Testing of X-Gen's own systems is not authorized except under a written agreement.

All offensive security work — penetration testing, red teaming, simulations — is performed only under a signed engagement agreement that defines scope and grants explicit authorization. You warrant that you own, or are duly authorized to permit testing of, every asset placed in scope.

Website content, methodologies, and report templates are the property of X-Gen. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed to that client as set out in the engagement agreement.

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are defined per engagement in the applicable statement of work.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement, in line with any executed non-disclosure agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-Gen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Security testing carries inherent risk; liability is limited as set out in the engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kerala, unless the engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
